If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

-  Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

-  Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

-  A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process any return.

-  Due to the nature of our products, opened or used hair oils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

2)  Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Details

-  Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

-  We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

-  Herbluxe Organics is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

-  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

-  Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

-  Please allow up to 10–12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, kindly return your original item and place a new order through our website.
